New President Elected

Richard Anderly, Chairman and CEO of Anderly & Associates LLP. In his role at the Company, he seeks to address how U.S. accounting standards can best meet the needs of users of private company financial statements.

Mr. Anderly has served on the Financial Accounting Association Board of Trustees. As a member of the AICPA council for three years, he has been involved providing audit and consulting services to manufacturing and healthcare entities. He was appointed director of accounting and auditing in 2001 director of operations in 2003 and then president in 2005, and became chairman and CEO in 2008.

John Milios is a partner at Franklin, Milios & Johnston, LLP in New Haven, CT. John’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including corporate formation and capital raising, securities regulatory work, securities litigation, white collar criminal defense and NASD arbitrations. Previously, he was Deputy Director of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. Prior to his government service, Mr. Milios was associated with the law firm of Carter, Wilson & Braun.

John is active with the American Bar Association, and is currently serving a term as the vice president of the Connecticut chapter of the ABA. Mr. Milios has published papers and articles on securities issues. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins Law School and the University of Chicago School of Law.
