John&amp;rsquo;s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including corporate formation and capital raising, securities regulatory work, securities litigation, white collar criminal defense and NASD arbitrations. Previously, he was Deputy Director of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities &amp; Exchange Commission. Prior to his government service, Mr. Milios was associated with the law firm of Carter, Wilson &amp; Braun.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;John is active with the American Bar Association, and is currently serving a term as the vice president of the Connecticut chapter of the ABA.
